The Role

Proven hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of web development, APIs, and scripting languages

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales clouds, Marketing Clouds, Mobile, Force.com )

• Salesforce Certified – Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plus

• Ability to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automation

• Able to lead multiple QA projects at a given time

• Possesses advanced level understanding of BA, QA/QC professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices.

• Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and op

• Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus

• Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software features

• Worked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrations

• Experience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes

• Experience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle

• Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures

• Creative – able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills a plus

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

•X years of experience testing complex software products for large enterprise customers in a fast-paced agile environment

•Deep understanding of the QA processes, standards, tools and technologies

•Experience with testing and successfully delivering complex features/products for web-based enterprise applications and automating UI, CLI, and API testing

•Practical knowledge in at least one or two open-source automation tools and frameworks

•Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle

•Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills

•Collaborative communication and team working skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Protractor etc.

•Use of scripting languages like Python, Perl,  PowerShell, and Java script to create scripts rapidly that can integrate into the testing stage within a pipeline

•Use of Test-Driven Development (TDD), SDLC, and Agile software development practices
