Your Key Responsibilities
- To perform an Analyst role
- To manage daily call backs to external clients
- Maintain daily KPI
- Handle & resolve day to issues/escalation
- Work to manage stakeholders
Your Skills And Experience
- Very good verbal communication skill
- Willingness to work in US shift
- To be able to handle pressure on the job
- Hands on experience on MS Office
Experience/Exposure
- Having experience of less than 1 year
