Job Responsibilities

The Mission Manager will be responsible for managing the PCMC City Saturation project. S/he will ensure that the project is executed efficiently, meets its objectives, and adheres to budgetary and timeline constraints as well as collaborates with various stakeholders, including donors, team members, beneficiaries, and other internal and external stakeholders, to achieve the project goals.

Manage the effective and efficient end to end implementation and achievement of proposed outcomes of the PCMC Project. Responsibilities would entail Donor Engagement, Quality Delivery of Training, Achieving Placements, Government Relations, and Advocacy.

Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring deliverables are on track and within scope.

Address issues and challenges as they arise, making necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.

Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Developing detailed project plans to track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Project Risk identification and management. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

Manage relationships with partners where required.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Social work or Management preferably.

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Project Management preferably in a social impact organisation with Rs. 10 Cr+ budget

Excellent written verbal communication skills; sound presentation abilities

Exceptional team and stakeholder management skills.

Good financial and budget management experience.

Strong Leadership skills.

Willing to travel extensively to and within project locations

In-depth Understanding Of The Livelihoods Sector And Programs. (Preferred)

Understanding of skilling needs for youth and the types of interventions needed (Preferred)
