Looking for immediate joiners !-Handle and manage emails- Handle administrative functions- Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises- Up-keeping and maintaining entire office Facilities Front desk, Housekeeping, Security, cafeteria etc.- Corporate Travel Management- Co-ordinating and arranging travel bookings (Travel Tickets / cab bookings), Accommodation, Visa processing and Forex- Stationary Management – Office Stationary stock maintenance, placing the order, Issuing as per the approved indent and controlling of stationary and housekeeping consumption.- Handle office keys- Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly reports- Handle office based engagements and administration- Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved- Provide support in administration interface where required- Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction- Monitoring and maintaining the office related Maintenance Contracts- Managing and handling Incoming and outgoing calls.- Managing the office guests / Visitors- Co-ordinating with hotels for Conference halls bookings- Event Management Support- Tracking of Vendor Invoices and submission to accounts on time with necessary approvals.- Vendor payment follow-up with Accounts.- Courier & Postage Inward / outward courier management, timely distribution and tracking the consignments.- Maintaining the MIS reports as per the admin activitiesHaving good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power point)Good CommunicationOffice AdminCalendar ManagementVendor Onboarding & Invoice ProcessingAdministrative activities like meeting arrangements, outdoor activities, vendor management, Travel Management, Schedule InterviewsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):This is an urgent position can you join immediately ?Expected Start Date: 21/03/2022
