Successful Dream Interns will receive full-time opportunity to join both Girl Power Talk & Blue Ocean Global Technology. This may result in a full-time company sponsored fellowship to work from our offices in India, Mexico or USA.

What does a Dream Intern do?
Dream Interns assume real responsibility, contribute to live client projects and gain practical experience. They work directly under the mentorship of Rachita Sharma and Sameer Somal. They are an integral part of our team and are afforded the opportunity to learn from a wide range of strategic initiatives. In addition to applying knowledge gained from your current course of study, you will have the freedom to explore, ideate and contribute to new solutions. Successful Dream Interns work across departments, including technology, marketing, sales, operations, PR, finance, strategy and social enterprise responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of each Dream Intern will be customized to best fit their strengths and interests. Dream Interns can express their preferences and what they have an interest in learning about or exploring.

This unique opportunity is open to college and university students based in Egypt. Successful candidates will possess all or at least some of the following:
- Intellectual curiosity, independent thinking and effective communication.
- Good oral and written English.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Egyptian Arabic.
- High level of professional maturity and a relentless work ethic.
- Adaptability to an entrepreneurial and competitive start-up work environment.
- Affinity for working collaboratively within a diverse global team.
- Ability to work effectively remotely.
- Desire to foster trust & relationships with business leaders/clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
