Job Description
The main responsibility of this person will be to evaluate various project proposals for education and health care verticals.
The person must have experience in Corporate Credit/mortgages appraisal.
The role would include assessing creditworthiness of prospective clients.
– Examining financial transactions and credit history case by case.
The person would also be responsible for operational activities of the institution loans
– Candidate must be willing to travel on business to evaluate various projects based on the project funding guidelines
Skills
– Proven working experience as a credit analyst, project feasibility, project evaluation, corporate finance
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Person must be up to date with legal, compliance and market risk related issues
– Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength.
Qualification – Chartered accountant or MBA from a top tier college
