Job Title- Finance Head

Qualification- Mcom/CA/CA Inter

Experience- Preferably with working practical experience in any Trading/Infrastructure/Engineering/Auto/Appliance/Manufacturing sector of min 5 years.

Role & Responsibility-

1. Finalisation of Accounts till the ITR filed.

2. Taxation- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment as well as filing of Direct & Indirect Tax Returns (TDS, GST, IT) in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.

3. Statutory Compliance- Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms as well as smooth functioning of banking process.

4. Financial planning and Budgeting.

5. Coordinate with CA, CS, GST consultant, internal & external Rating agencies and any other legal matters.

6. Banking compliance.

7. Internal auditing of stocks and books on monthly basis.

8. Handle any legal matter and coordinate with the concern person.

9. Maintenance of relevant Books of Accounts, Files, Records as per IT act/GST regulation /Excise regulation.

10. Following up for the bills receivables after invoicing to debtors, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control and ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Understand any issue to the depth with logical thinking and resolving the same.

4. Anticipate any unforeseen circumstances rather than wait for feedback.

5. Anything and everything related to smooth operation of finance department working with utmost efficiency.

6. Analyze ongoing activities, flow of work & redesign if required for efficiency purpose.
