Qualifications
University degree from a reputed institution with a strong academic record
2+ years of relevant professional work experience
Proficiency in HR systems – SAP/SuccessFactors (People Central) for employee life cycle management processes
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi- task effectively
Comfort with Excel/Access
Excellent judgment; strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with members and confidential information
Result oriented to meet the requisite defined SLAs in HR operations
Track record of working well independently
Strong customer service orientation
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Who You’ll Work With
You will join our office in Gurugram, and be part of our HR people operations hub that serves Asia and EEMA countries. You will cooperate closely with both local HR teams across Asia and EEMA, and other people operations hubs in Tampa and Poznan.
You will collaborate with the local/regional offices on their HR operations needs and deliver best in class service for a seamless user experience. You will also work closely with other functions including recruiting, professional development, finance and global process leads.
What You’ll Do
You will be part of the global HR operations team providing administrative support on a wide range of HR processes including onboarding, data management and mobility.
In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating onboarding for new McKinsey colleagues in multiple locations in Asia and EEMA. You will initiate and monitor background checks, assist new hires and answer their questions as well as maintain firm members’ profiles and ensure data accuracy in the firm’s HR systems. You will also participate in the new HR system implementation project.
Furthermore, you will ensure compliance of employment documents, people system records, etc. by running regular audits in collaboration with the team members and local offices. You will also contribute to other HR operations projects including proactively identifying gaps and scope for improvement in processes to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies.
