Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate recruiter who thrives on connecting with people and building great teams. A high-energy recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of the entire hiring journey-from finding the right talent to handling smooth onboarding documentation for new joiners.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles—from frontline field staff to core business functions
• Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS
• Deliver a consistent and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
• Handle onboarding documentation and coordinate joining formalities for new hires

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment and onboarding experience
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
