The Team:
S&P Global is a leader in credit ratings, benchmarks and analytics for the global capital and commodity markets. Internal Audit Operations covers all aspects of internal audit activities. This is a key role supporting the Director of Internal Audit Operations and S&P Global Chief Auditor. You will be part of the global SPGI Internal Audit team with coverage for all SPGI businesses. The S&P Global Internal Audit Team is a global team with auditors located in multiple regions around the globe performing audits, SOX testing and oversights of key enterprise strategic initiatives.
The Impact:
You will support in the implementation and tracking of key activities across the Internal Audit Team such as monitor the Audit Plan execution, Quality Assurance Review, and support in reporting to IA Leadership team and Stakeholders. In addition, you will participate, and support assigned audits, SOX Testing and continuous auditing activities. In doing so, you will be expected to gain an understanding of the internal audit function.

Responsibilities:
Support in creating reports and presentations for audit operational metrics, audit plan tracking, and other reports as needed.
Work closely with the Director of Internal Audit Operations to ensure timely preparation and delivery of work products
Assist in the development of content and planning/preparation for key stakeholder meetings.
Support in the development of content and materials to support IA department programs
Actively participate in audit activities and related meetings, including data analysis.
Assist with planning, organizing, executing, and documenting assigned audits and/or SOX Testing.
Assist with quarterly internal quality assurance reviews

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision
Strong academic and professional credentials an undergraduate degree.
Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and influential skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Compensation/Benefits Information:
Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
