Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office staff
– Receive and direct phone calls – Keep track of everyday tasks of the cold callers
– Assist with any help that is required for the cold callers
– Keep a timesheet for your team’s callers.
– Attend weekly meetings.
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Coordinate meetings and conferences
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Aid in data entry and filing.
– Assist with any work given by the managerial head
Experience:
– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Proficient in using Microsoft (Word Excel Powerpoint)
– Previous experience working in an admin role or human resources is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
