Full Job Description
Reporting to: Sales Administration Manager Order processing1) Receive orders from distributors/sales team and check for available of stock at factory as well as all depots.2) Register in ERP once the material is ready.3) In case of unavailability of material, intimate the client within 48 hours about the delivery schedule if in bulk or else immediately for smaller quantity.ü Dispatch instruction1) Communicate the ratio of POP items to the distributor at factory.2) Placement of truck at company depots/distributors with ETA.ü Stock and promotional item management1) Proper management of stock at respective depots with minimum and maximum sticks well maintained.2) Proper supply of sales support material like Catalogues, POP, etc.ü Delivery schedule1) Inform the distributor about the dates of delivery after confirming with factory.2) Update the client in case of any unforeseen delays and problems with regards to readiness of material.ü Documents1) Arrange the technical specifications or any other documents required by the Architect/OEM/Distributor for material supplied.2) Keep price list documents up to date.ü Urgent order1) In case of any urgent order at any depot, co-ordinate with the BRS team to take it into priority.2) Keep the manager informed and updated about pending work. Make a report of it. Provide reasons of mismanagement.ü Apart from above the company may assign some other areas as per need and requirement.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Logistics: 4 years (Preferred)
