This Position is required to Increase Penetration of conspicuity portfolio in Gujarat & Rajasthan states.

Job Description

1. This Person will be working closely with Transport Department , Regional Transport Offices, Motor Vehicle Inspectors, Automotive Spare Part shops, Large Fleet Operators to promote sales of Conspicuity Portfolio in Region.

2. Shall be working with Transport Authorities towards improving enforcement of conspicuity Mandate.

3.Work with NGOs , Road safety Consultants and other relevant stake holders to influence usage of the Products.

4. Work Towards educating and improving awareness of conspicuity Mandate & its usage on vehicles.

5. will be responsible for Sales and Collection.

6. Will have to Manage and appoint channel Partners in the assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities:
End to end channel & client relationship and Key account management.

Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products & presentation to top officials & authorities.

Conducting seminars to create awareness and differentiation of the products

Incorporation of product specification in Government tenders

Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer’s requirement, markets and business challenges

Develop opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools.

Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset.

Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis.

Channel sales team training, development and managing account receivable

Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management

Business generation from the new / untapped markets

Experience in channel management and retail sale

Location: India, Ahmedbad Gujarat.

Travel: May include up to 50% travel

Job Qualifications:
MBA with Minimum 4-5 years experience.

Candidate from spare part , automobile and tyre industry will be preferred

Knowledge of Local language is must other than English & Hindi due to Government customer handling.

Candidate shall be Go getter , self motivated , problem solving , rapport builder , having good emotional intelligence , focused & other.
