Sir/Madam,

I Snigdha Priyadarsini Dhal is applying in We The People in a hope to achieve excellence in my carrier.I have Post Graduation degree in Psychology with additional qualification of management in H.R stream.

I have ten years of experience working with children from school to College. During my ten years service carrier I myself involved in teaching as well as project implementation activities. I had a belief in friendly relation with the children which I tried to maintain during my teaching as a guest lecturer as and when got opportunity.

Presently I am working as Coordinator-cum-Counselor in School Student Helpline, OSEPA under School and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha. The main focus of my work is to deal with the grievance redressal mechanism for children both offline as well as online which includes receiving the grievances, counseling the children and parents, analysing the data, Monitoring the grievances, identification of issues and designing activities to address the identified issues etc. Besides I have basic computer operation skills to manage the day to day office work.

I hope with all the above varied experiences I can give best of my services if I am selected for the post.
