I am registered patent agent and hold a strong working understanding of IP operations and administration. Profoundly viable patent management associate with 5 years and 3 months of experience in taking care of basic duties across different parts of patent analysis.

I possess skills, flexibility, self-driven and a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit in IP operations and administration, patent research, effective communication, strategic innovation, technology management, engineering management, preparing and drafting patent applications, examining complex industry research articles and dealing with sensitive issues.

I am proficient in docketing disclosures and documents in global IP database system (ANAQUA), internal data systems, reporting systems, and other proprietary databases.

I have performed various patentability search, freedom to operate search, invalidation search, accelerated examination, allowance quality, novelty search, state-of-the-art search, prior art search.

I have gained knowledge in drafting defensive publication, office actions, and provisional patent application. Holding experience in filing patent application at IPO and USPTO.

I hold verbal communication skills and communicate complex issues in an understandable manner with members of the business and legal environments in order to strategize any of the subject matters.
