Good afternoon,
I have completed my MSc. Biotechnology degree 2019
I worked with Nestle India Limited at position Analyst Quality Assurance Lab for 5 months
Role and responsibilities:
 Identification of harmful micro-organisms like Salmonella, E. coli present in raw milk using Smearing in selective media.
 Collect and analyze raw material, in process, per the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS).
 Document results and organize test results for records review and analysis.
 Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
 Perform daily records review of raw material, in process, and finished Product quality data
 Aflatoxin, tetracycline beta lactam, chloramphenicol analysis.
I have also worked as a researcher for 3 months in CSIR IHBT Laboratory
 Protein isolation and purification
 Karyotyping
 DNA and RNA Isolation
 Molecular Cloning
 Polymerase Chain Reaction
I had to discontinue due to covid restrictions. Now I am again looking for a job and my goal is to first have experience. Request you to give me opportunity to prove my capabilities.
