I am writing to apply for a position as a law officer. I have completed my BSL LLB degree (5 years) from DES Law College, (University of Pune) in 2010 and have been enrolled in the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2010.

I am currently a Senior Associate with M/s. Solomon & Co. Advocates and Solicitors, a role that I have held since October, 2014. In this role, I have gained significant experience with regards to the procedural structures of Bombay and have also gained exceptional knowledge with regards to Criminal proceedings. During this period, I have worked closely with various clients with sensitive criminal situations that require a careful and systematic process. I was solely handling all the criminal matters that were brought to the firm.

Prior to the above, I was practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi under Counsel, Mr. Anish Dayal since 2010. Under Mr. Dayal I had gained extensive experience in Arbitration, Sports Law, the Hon’ble Lokayukta, Anti-Doping Laws and Anti-Corruption apart from regular appearances before the Lower Courts of Delhi, the High Court of Delhi and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

My attachment in a wide range of practice areas under Mr. Dayal and M/s. Solomon & Co. has allowed me to expand my legal horizon and apply theory to practice in both major cities of Delhi and Bombay. Work ranging from due diligence, drafting, research analysis, briefing seniors, appearing and arguing has provided me with a working knowledge of various aspects of legal work which are carried out in practice and integrated to produce the end deliverable to the client. In this role I have gained significant experience of the litigation sector ranging over a variety of Courts and Tribunals in New Delhi and Mumbai.
