Full Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who can handle a great deal of multitasking. He/she will be predominantly working with our marketing team to adhere to deadlines. Much of the work involves handling the inbound phone calls and answering the chat messages and emails on social media channels.
Qogent is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is still small but growing thoughtfully with just 15 people. As you contribute to our mission, you will help thousands of students reach their goal of higher studies abroad on a day to day basis.
What you’ll be doing
Answering all the inbound calls and logging them in to our CRM system.
Responding to all the the chat inquires on WhatsApp and other social media channels.
Responding to all inbound email enquiries.
Working in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team to get the plans executed in a smooth manner.
What skills you’ll need
Our ideal candidate has a cheerful personality and great call handling skills.
Good Computer proficiency
Good written communication skills
Nice to have
Any previous work experience in the study abroad industry.
Any previous work experience working as a front desk executive.
