I started my career as an intern in Munnar Summer Castle where I worked my way to operations manager. As operations manager I had to attend to a wide variety of tasks, I helped my organization in general day-to-day operations like making client reservation’s, receiving them, providing support throughout their journey along with us. I am also to collect and interpret customer needs to come up with innovative solutions for them and achieve better customer satisfaction. I have been a key part in driving change in my organization by gaining insight through customer analysis, mainly through feed back collection, interviews & observation. During the pandemic I upskilled myself in Data science was able to secure an internship as a business analyst. Now I am upskilling myself in digital marketing through a course offered by NORKA ROOTS in association with government of kerala. I believe this opportunity will give me a chance to gain industry knowledge and skills required to grow and flourish in this field, and you will have an intern who is hardworking, sincere and a good team player.
