Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have worked in the field of Education with DIMR, Pune for one year where I delivered on generating revenue, building marketing strategy, placement drives, development of an academic plan, resume analysis and communication with recruiters and social media management. I am presently pursuing PGDM in Rural management from XISS Ranchi (2020-22), a premium management school in India and ranked best in Eastern India. The select highlights mentioned below are indicative of the work that I have managed; my resume sets forth further details.
I have worked on The Sanitation and Solid Waste Management from Dhanbad Municipal Corporation. I have exposure on the implementation of MGNREGA in Dhobni village of Gopinathdih Panchayat, PMAY-G in Narayanpur village of Damodarpur panchayat and DAYNRLM in Gorbudhih village of Pandukali, South Panchayat for economic, social, livelihood promotion, alleviation of poverty, sustainable community development and general development to uplift the economic conditions of people living in rural areas at Dhanbad Block under Block Development Officer, Dhanbad (Jharkhand).

Thereafter, I got selected for a summer internship program from TSRDS (Tata Steel Rural Development Society), Jamshedpur and worked on the project- Drafting Framework and Module for Capacity Building (Socio-political) of Women leaders. I have worked hard in making my candidature more diverse by attending Intercultural Awareness and Indigenous Awareness Training Programme from Mining Industry Human Resources Council’s (MiHR) Canada.
I have acquired Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications and possess skills in GIS, Global sustainability and corporate social responsibility from Macquarie University and Organisational Behaviour: How to Manage People from IESE Business School. I have Proficiency in German Language A1, German Language and Literature in 2019 from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad. Besides this, I regularly performed in the Academics, Sports and Cultural fields with full enthusiasm.
A keen analyst with effective interpersonal skills, solution-oriented, presentation skills, problem-solving. I understand that working for your organization requires a candidate who is team-oriented and able to deal with people in various departments.
