I have around 5.5 years of experience in front end development.
I have worked with some smaller companies where I learnt about customer obsession and product mindset. And some bigger companies like Microsoft where I learnt about employee well being and process .

I am trying to build my UX muscle as well, and I think this will be a great way for me to switch my career along UX. I have been taking some UX courses and learning tools like Figma to ramp up my UX knowledge.
