Job Title: Assistant Manager HR (Recruitments)
Purpose of job:
Work closely with the corporate recruitment team and HRBPs to ensure closure on staffing request as per SLAs
Experience areas:
This profile is a part of HR function. Reporting to Senior Manager, this profile is responsible for the overall Recruitment for the Shared services centre through:
Systems and procedures to meet Corporate Standards and policies – EDI, Information security and other corporate values
Bringing in new initiatives in hiring and their evaluation for efficiency
Creating and maintaining hiring MIS
Knowledge of:
Essential
Good relevant experience in recruitment management.
Strong experience in head hunting & working through vendors
Knowledge, experience and understanding of best practices in recruitments
Proficient in MS office
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time

Accountabilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Implementation of hiring plans as per business requirements for manpower.
Experience in end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, assessment to hiring candidates as per the organizations needs and guidelines
Using different direct sourcing modes as per the plan such as job boards, social media, internal referrals etc.
Identify Process Improvement projects, present to internal/ external stakeholders and obtain approval. Initiating process improvements there by improving the overall efficiency
Ensure all process documents are timely updated with process changes
Ensure support and compliance for all kinds of audit
Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining relations with the hiring managers, recruitment vendors, leadership and have periodic meetings to update them on the open positions.
Vendor relationship management, managing the quality as well as timelines on candidate profiles sourced from vendors. On boarding new vendors and identifying non-value adding vendors
Provide weekly and monthly updates to the Management on the hiring status and progress made.
Maintain records related to recruitment as per the defined process and procedure.
Good time management skills and data management skills. Keeping hiring tracker/MIS updated for all on going as well as closed positions
Represent the department in internal and external audits.
Introduce new ways of engaging candidates during the recruiting process till they onboard.
Offer negotiations as per compensation guidelines and release LOI/Offer letter.
Managing the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Managing the background verification process through registered vendors.
Stay updated with industry trends in recruitment and hiring
Information Security
Ensure that their workforce are aware of the information security policies and comply with them
Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements
Send account opening requests effectively
Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves
Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team
Provide security awareness and education to team
Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act
Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs
