I’m enthusiastic personnel with a great deal of interest in Human Resource Management. Perusing Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce combined with my interest and experience in practicing for Human Resource in areas such as Recruiting and Sourcing.
My passion for people—combined with an understanding of HR best practices—has contributed to numerous HR initiatives delivering results in my past companies. As I have progressed with my enthusiasm for Human resources, I have grown more passionate about it and I aspire to gain more experience in its realm. My role as a learner in the field of Human resources has been rewarding so far.
However, I believe that this internship opportunity at AON would provide me a great opportunity and a strong platform to demonstrate my skills and grow further in my career while serving organization.
