I am an accomplished and self-motivated professional with 5+ years of experience in utilizing Lean methodology, principles, and best practices to streamline and improve business process improvement exercise in the manufacturing domain with the expertise in working with toolkits, including Six Sigma, PCDA, Ishikawa, PokeYoke, CPK, and Kaizen.

Presently, I am associated with India Texstyles, Salem, India as a Chief Executive Officer with some of my previous endeavors being Global Product Operations Manager at Western Digital, Milpitas, USA, and Quality Engineer at Adient, Lexington, USA. I have gained profound experience in proposing, championing, and leading new initiatives consistent with product operations mission and scope of delivery; leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing complex projects/processes to support general product initiatives, including documentation and communication. During my current tenure, I have successfully launched the company to start a new division for the parent organization and efficiently worked with the team to achieve BCI and GOTS certifications for the company.
Across the course of my work, I have gained the ability to monitor and improve manufacturing capability for defined products/processes; identify and deliver service improvement activity across the site through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking; monitor all operational systems relating to cost, production, machine utilization, and initiating corrective and preventative actions. While working with Adient, Lexington, USA, I have successfully implemented process improvements using Lean manufacturing techniques which reduced expenses by $140,000 per year and championed quality loop at the final inspection to reduce scrap and rework cost by 15%.
