I am Nithin Baby, a Degree Holder in Life Sciences. I am a graduate in ( Bsc Biotechnology, BioChemistry and Genetics). I am writing this email to express my interest in working in your company and I have included my resume with a detailed look at my experience and skills relevant to this job.

I currently work as a Food Quality Controller and Quality Assurance at Biowin Agro Research is a food manufacturing and exporting company (Spices, Coffee and Freeze Dried fruits and spices) Kerala, India.

I have years of experience working on a production line where I gained extensive knowledge of the products your company produces. I am familiar with using lab equipments, chemicals and a variety of computer programs to analyze data related to the products. I also have excellent record keeping skills with the ability to write reports in a clean and concise manner so the company can take the proper steps to correct the issue.

I have excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to put together detailed reports of my findings. I also have the skills needed to explain the issues found to the production staff and to provide information that could help avoid the problem in the future.

Having worked on a production line, I have the skills to recognize problems within the production process that could be responsible for poor quality products. This also gives me an advantage when it comes to solving any issues that arise.
