Full Job Description
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.Greets and directs visitors to the company.Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of Express Mail / Courier servicesAssists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection process.Administrative workAny other job assigned by the management from time to time.Any other responsibilities required to be executed pertaining to your main area of work is also coveredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 8905917500
