Responsible for designing hospital Hoardings, Banners, Signage, IPD forms, Discharge forms, Feedback forms,
Referral forms, Recruitment file medicine, Recruitment file surgical, concert form and other forms. TPA &
Ayushman Bhart. presently working in the post of hospital administrator in SEWA HOSPITAL & RECSEARCH
CENTRE. Along with this, NABH of the Hospital was done in 2019. He also works in Graphic Designing. Staff
Management, Biometric Attendance, and Printing of ID Cards, also do the work of PRO. For this, people visit Sitapur,
Lakhimpur, Bahraich, Shravasti, Rupaudiha, and Nepal.
