Dear Sir,

I saw the advertisement for the open Bank Officer position with HDFC Bank and I would like to provide you with a brief description of my qualifications.

I have done my graduation with Arts subject. I have excellent communications skills and the ability to work closely with clients in a friendly and professional manner. I have the ability to stay calm and maintain a good attitude even when dealing with emotional and distraught customers that may be under a lot of pressure.

I have full knowledge of all the FDIC laws and understand the importance of every decision made by the bank officer. I have outstanding decision-making skills and the ability to do the research needed to determine when to approve or deny loans.

I have the knowledge needed to research and verify the information given me by clients such as employment history, income and the worth of any collateral used by clients to obtain a loan. I have excellent computer skills and experience working with MS programs and other software.

I am very flexible and can work different departments when necessary. I can also work as a liaison between departments to help keep things running smoothly and between clients and management. I have outstanding organization skills, multitasking abilities and I can find suitable solutions to problems that often arise in this type of business.
