We are seeking an individual with expert level experience in Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding. Develop, document and maintain functional test cases. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Make sure that testing is well executed.The candidate should exhibit a passion for innovation, and harbor a genuine belief in, and acceptance of CORRA core values.

Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing both manual and automated test cases using tools like Selenium.

• Identify, record, and track defects per any given testing activities using Test Management Tools.

• Work closely with the development team to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and ensure that product releases follow project specifications.

• Take ownership in process quality and drive for product quality.

• Collaborate with international teams for both technical and non-technical issues.

• Assist with the creation of automation test strategies for functional and non-functional.

• Generate historical analysis of test results.

• Verify specific action or function of code.

• Provide application instructions for users.

• Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.

• Create meaningful error handling procedures for application code.

• Perform application security audits.

• Ensure data integrity standards.

• Participate in installation, integration and UAT.

• Ensure adherence to industry and internal standards

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience with manual and automated testing including creation of Test Plans, Test Cases and other documentation necessary for testing.

• Experience in test automation and tools such as Selenium.

• Full Software Testing Life Cycle experience including System, Regression, Performance testing, Database testing.

• Experience testing of web based applications.

• Experience in Ecommerce is preferred.

• Knowledge of verifying reports in MS Excel.

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as XP and Scrum as well as Waterfall practices.

• Solid understanding of quality assurance best practice

• Strong analytical skills & keen attention to details.

• Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Excellent communication skills: Verbal and Written

• Investment industry knowledge.
