I Mansi Kushwaha, student of 5th year B.A.LL.B (Hons) of Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, would like to submit my candidature for an the post of Legal Manager Collection, Indore .
I would be honored to work in such prestigious intitution. I am hereby assuring that work assigned to me would be done by all my energy, diligence, and dedication and will be completed efficiently.
I did Enhelion certificate course in “LEGAL WRITING & CONTRACT DRAFTING” and presented a paper in National Law University, Delhi on the topic “NATIONALISM AND GLOBALISATION. I also interned under the guidance of XXII CJ-I, I CJ-II & JMFC, District Court, Bhopal, Advocate Harish Mehta, Bhopal; Innovis Law Partner, Bhopal; Lex Maven Law firm, Indore and also various other organization. While interning under obove mentioned I got exposure to various aspect of legal fraternity and the exposure to various laws as of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Indian Evidence Act, 1872, Negotiable Instrument act, 1881, The Arbitration and conciliation act, 1996, MSMED Act 2006 etc. I assisted in doing research work in several matters, prepared a brief notes and synopsis in various matters.
I am pragmatic in my approach, tenacious and posses an analytical mind. I am sincere; result oriented and has the eagerness to work hard, take responsibility. I suppose I will be proved as an asset to you during my internship period.
