Candidate Message

From the beginning of my professional career I have been engaged with NGOs.
During my days in TRLM / NRLM I had to campaign, attend public speaking, worked
on capacity building and forming networks. These exercises have contributed to my
communication skill, collaboration skill, presentation skill and taught me how to
maintain a professional development. I attended training programs organised by the
reputed organisations like PRADAN, OMPLIS on capacity building , team leading.
These training programs helped me to develop program management skills.
In NRLM I also played a role as a team coordinator. To perform this duty I
developed evaluation and monitoring skills. I know how to create a favourable
environment where a professional could perform his best. I can figure out how to
work in collaboration with all the senior professionals and government employess.
I performed additional duty as a Cluster Coordinator in the SAGY program. Here
I was responsible for implementation of TRLM activities in collaboration with all
Government line departments. Here I worked jointly with the District Level Heads of
all Government Line Departments . Through this exercise I gained knowledge in
making development plans in a big group of experts.
I also performed additional duty as a Livelihood coordinator in NRLM . In this
connection I visited so many states and national organaisations of India to gather
knowledge on implementation of livelihood activities. I shared all the information with
my coworkers so that they could implement livelihood activities properly and my duty
also was to monitor the progress of these activities.
I played the role of Project Manager in Sanghadip (Implementing agency of
NACO). Here I gained knowledge of team management and administration. As a
project lead I develop monitoring and evaluation skill, problem solving skill and also
presentation skill.
I also performed duty as a Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. I
had a team of insurance agents and my responsibility was to prepare a road map to
achieve the goal.
As an Assistant Teacher I served education for more than two years . Here I
developed knowledge delivering skill and listening skill.
