As a Development professional, I am proficient at designing and implementing development programme and strategies. Seasoned with the projects of Skill Development, Livelihoods, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, Holistic village development, Agriculture Development, Skill Entrepreneurs Development and Train the Trainers Programme. Also, expertise in team Handling, reporting, documentation, budgeting, stakeholder management, community development, employee engagement, NGO management and CSR auditing.
Due to my work as Senior officer, I am experienced with many of the computer systems and reporting requirements that are used within the department of social services.
From my last Job Profile, I would like to highlight some Major task, which was required to execute from my side, Here I am highlighting some points:
Stakeholder/ NGO Management /Partnership /Fund raising /Employee’s engagement. Monitoring/Evaluation/Execution/Results/Writing of monthly project performance report/Preparation of Budgets/Conducting research of beneficiary for ongoing and upcoming projects. Project delivery and outcomes of ongoing projects -Skill Development, Livelihoods, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, Agriculture Development, Skill Entrepreneurs Development and Train the Trainers Programme, Holistic village development. State wise representation of Organisation to Government Official in CSR Review Meetings. Maintain healthy relationships with government officials and local community leaders for smooth processing of development work on ground. Allocating work schedule, day wise work responsibilities to team members, suggesting some corrective measures to them if required and sharing the report to management on a daily basis through online Portal. Managing the database of 6000 Employers nation wise, contentiously following ups with them and maintaining the good relationship. Also maintaining the documentation of Beneficiaries and its Continues.
