I am particularly interested in this position, which relates strongly to my rich experience of 12 years in Corporate Social Responsibility, International Non-Government Organisation, Grass root level NGOs and Government Organization in program planning & financial management, CSR compliances, Return on Investment (ROI), Health & other programs & Project management (Core competencies) includes – RMNCH+A, Malnutrition, Family Planning, Hospital management, RKS, Mobile Medical Unit management, Communicable & Non communicable disease surveillance, VHSNC, RKSK, Child Marriage, Eye Care- Screening & Cataract detection for masses & I have made Blood donation drive a signature activity of HPPPL where donation drive helps Sickle cell anaemia & Thalassemia Patients and hands on experience includes – Livelihood management (On Farm & Off Firm), Skill Development, Education, Natural Resource Management, Promotion of Rural/tribal arts & culture, Rural infrastructural development, Rural safe drinking water, Women Empowerment (SHG), Entrepreneurship development (Hands-on Experience), besides others.
