I am an Indian Army Officer turned Educationist a master trainer with CBSE ,co-created Manuals with CBSE ,NIEPA ,GSF on pedagogical Leadership ,conducive learning and safety and security in schools .Presented papers in International and National webinars and seminars and a key note speaker and a leadership trainer on various forums .
Had been an active member with NERIE (NCERT )Shillong and contributed for Nagaland Board Curriculum review .Was an active meber in SSA research in North East (East Khasi Hills ) Shillong
Currently working in Malaysia in a corporate run International School having Duel curricula of CBSE and IGCSE (Cambridge ) as principal and Project Lead .
