I’ve passed B.Tech (electrical & electronics engineering) in 2018 and I’ve passed training courses Advanced Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, VFD,HMI) from NSIC OKHLA DELHI in 2019. I’ve passed CCC (basic concepts on computer course) from NIELIT. I’ve one year of experience as a desktop support engineer (Technical) in Nityo infotech pvt Ltd (Client – IOCL) . Present working as a Project Coordinator in Prakhar software solutions pvt Ltd (Client – BECIL for PVVNL/UPPCL Power Distribution sector) from March 2020 to till date.
I’m sharing my work experience & skills given below :-

* MS Office, MS -Excel, internet suffering, Outlook and E-mail.
* ESIC generation & correction.
* Meeting with clients of PVVNL(UPPCL) JE/SDO/EX- EN/SE/CE/MD/HR.
* Billing & collection in Power Distribution sector.
* Report generation daily, weakly, monthly wise.
* Ability to control and manage thousands employees.
* knowledge of ICD tool, SDMS software, SLA breach, service request .
* Have a quality for adopting new concepts of studies as well as responsibilities.
* Effective oral, communication, written and explanation skill.
* Good understanding of power Distribution revenue cycle management processes.
* Ability to understand & maintain technical commercial documents.
* Manage & maintain records of manpower acording to LOI.
* Surprise visits on site for better service provide for clients.
* Regular payment follow up with clients.
* coordinating with project management and Team & prepare project MIS reports.
* Take ownership & complete task before given time for better results.
