I am Shrishti, a law graduate from OP Jindal University and currently working as a Law Assistant Cum Law Clerk at the Office of Hon’ble Justice Mr. Chakradhari Sharan Singh at Patna High Court. I am also enrolled as an Advocate at the High Court of Patna.

I have prior experience through internships/work experience in the field of international law, white-collar crimes, civil law (service matters), arbitration, IPR, and corporate law. I have further developed strong research skills with the use of SCC and Manupatra throughout my law school working as a research and teaching assistant to professors. I am a hardworking individual who is willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Further, I have done specialized courses namely: Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Finance.

I think I’d be a good fit for the role as throughout my internships and the present clerkship contract/employment/company matters have been an integral part of the work . I have a fair idea of a variety of agreement including agreements in relation to project finance , service matters and CTA.
