Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Customer Service Executive to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. He/she Will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. Were looking for an energetic professional who doesnt mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support. Overseeing the customer service process. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
Selecting and hiring new staff
Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
