Job Title: Senior Executive MIS
Purpose of job:
The role is responsible to work with operations and delivery teams to understand their information needs and develop, maintain reports and systems to full fill them in an accurate and timely way.
Experience areas:
Prior exp. in PowerBI
At least 6 months- 1 year experience in WFM role.
At least 2 year of exp. in operations
Knowledge of:
Essential
Advanced MS office skills
Good communication skills
Expert in reporting & analytics with relevant exp. In reporting/analytics role.
Proactive approach with focus on problem analysis & resolution. Ability to plan well and prioritize work

Accountabilities:
Forecasting & Scheduling
Responsible for short-term and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, real-time resource management and proactively working to meet daily metrics by staying in constant communication with business planning teams.
Responsible for delivery of key metrics,training requirements and performance metrics through optimization of resources, identifying and implementing process improvement and leveraging automation/technology
Should be able to ensure schedules produced accurately covers demand forecast, while accounting for known constraints, planned events/holidays & business objectives.
Should be able to analyze performance, especially productivity, utilization and occupancy, to uncover trends (behavioral & actuals against forecast) to improve forecast & capacity management process.
Reporting
Should be able to support IELTS Operations reporting requirement
Should be able to ensure reporting are aligned with the strategic direction of the business
Should be able to identify and assess new reporting requirements and supporting technologies
Should be able to develop and oversee a schedule for report generation, distribution and identify the distribution vehicles
Responsible for providing business analysis identifying key business drivers and root cause analysis which includes scenario based modelling.
Information Security
Ensure that their workforce are aware of the information security policies and comply with them
Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements
Send account opening requests effectively
Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves
Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team
Provide security awareness and education to team
Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act
Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs
