Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
Establish team level cadence and drive team level events (e.g. sprint planning, team backlog grooming, team retrospectives, etc.) in alignment with Program level cadences established
Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of agile practices
Be a change agent and foster a “learn by doing” environment
Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate
Communicate to management of the scrum team’s dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams
Ensure knowledge of metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
Attitude of empowerment: Be able to lead team(s) to self-organization
Attitude of transparency: Be able to bring disclosure and transparency to both business and IT and build trust amongst partners
Collaborative: Be able to partner with others to achieve goals at various levels throughout the organization and lead others to do so by example
Communicative: Be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from Scrum team members to release train leadership
Conflict resolution: Be able to facilitate discussion at the team level and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
Quick learner: Be able to quickly gain a high-level understanding of the technical and business domains of the scrum teams
Team-oriented: Be able to be a team player who protects the scrum team
Servant Leader: Support the team by eliminating roadblocks
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Understanding of Scrum Master role, including delivering modern solutions
Understanding of developer backlogs
Understanding of Agile Methodology
Understanding of Agile metrics like sprint burndown, burnup, velocity, scope creep
Understanding of time to build/time to value metrics and their impacts
Proficiency with CA Agile Rally
