Job Description

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to be a part of Oracle’s Marketing Technology group supporting marketers worldwide with implementation of cutting edge Marketing tools and solutions.

This requires 4-7 years of experience working on large scale implementations in the enterprise space. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in requirement gathering, product management, process design.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness

• Document and discuss requirements with development

• Participate as a key stakeholder and collaborator in the execution of projects related to your area

• Closely collaborate with other product managers to ensure that the solution is fully aligned with developments across tools

• Contribute to documentation, training, and other materials for user enablement

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of at least 4+ years of business analyst/product management experience in enterprise software

• Familiarity with Agile development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to collaborate successfully with engineering teams

• Good team player
