Our team of 400 (and growing rapidly) across offices in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi come with stellar professional credentials from diverse backgrounds and are bound together by our common commitment to social impact.The opportunityThe Associate Consultant will be an integral cog for the Leadership of the Foundations team at Sattva, focused on administrative duties and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and grow along with it.This role will be integral in prioritizing for, organizing calendars of and assisting the leadership in managing the Foundations team. In addition, the following will be the key responsibilities:Calendar management for the leadership and prioritizing tasks as per their requestsSchedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itinerariesExpenses management/support to the leadership teamArrange events to take place outside of the workplace, such as Sub BU and BU socials, Leadership connects/meetings and staff appreciation events. Also, assist and co-ordinate internal events for BU to enable people wellbeing and fun at work.Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentialityDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientelePrepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners as per partner requestsAssist with business operations across raising purchase orders, reminders/actions items across BU strategic activities, follow-up on action items from Leadership meetings and support BU Operations team where necessary.Who are we looking forAt Sattva, our goal is realizing the impact on the ground and to drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders.
