Roles And Responsibility :

Every person is approachable.Manage Calendar and schedule meeting for Co-founders.Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities/high sense of urgency.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Should have skills to collaborate and achieve results.Plan and execute all travel need of Co-founders.Prepare Trackers, communicating to respective team members on update.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and be prompt at responding to urgent requests.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / MBA professionals with 4-5 years of relevant work experience.Professional level of verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills.Must have experience in Travel Management.Must have Presentation Skills.Highly Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.Must be efficient in Calendar Management Tools and Social Media Platforms.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Highly skilled and passionate with strong work ethics and attention to detail to serve as a liaison between Directors, Executives and other external stakeholders.Exceptional analytical skills and presentation skills.
