You Will Use Your Organisational And Leadership Skills To Supervise Employees And Ensure Compliance With Policies And Regulations, Prescreen Job Applicants, File Documentation And Keep Track Of Paperwork, Maintain Personnel Records For The Organisation’s Employees, Be Responsible For New Hire Orientation, Formulating & Implementing Existing And New Company Policies.
