Job description:
As the Corporate Security Threat Analyst you will be part of the Global Corporate Security Team based remotely or within one of our offshore centres. You will help to ensure Experian’s staff and assets are secure and to ensure we are able to deliver the high standards of service to our clients both internally and externally.

You will report to the Global Director of Corporate Security, and be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and disseminating accurate and timely global intelligence to support and assess risk to personnel, facilities, operations, and information based on ongoing or predicted events. You will closely support the wider Corporate Security team in any situation or incident.

The Corporate Security team are responsible for Physical Security assurance, Facility Risk Assessments, Travel Risk Management, Workplace Violence Response, Event Security and Physical Security Threat Monitoring.

This is a new role for Experian’s Corporate Security team and offers the opportunity to develop and further mature our Threat Management program. You can become a specialist in your field and progress quickly in expanding your portfolio of skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
Identify potential security risks around the globe that may pose a Corporate Security risk to the enterprise

Monitor and manage our various Threat Management tools for risk exposure to buildings and employees

Monitor and report on any incident that may have an impact on the enterprise

Triage any employee reported Corporate Security incidents

Assume responsibility for the administration of Global Facilities Risk Assessment programme to categorise location risk levels and assessment criteria

Further develop of the Threat Management programme

Continue to develop the Facilities Risk Assessment programme

Provide input into and monitor compliance to the Experian Corporate Security Policies and Standards across the enterprise

Liaison with key internal stakeholders

Develop monthly Corporate Security analytics and reporting

As required support the Head of People Risk and Head of Physical Security in delivering our Physical Security and People Risk programmes

Work to develop and maintain network of regional contacts in security including lliaison with Police, Government bodies as required

Work on ad hoc projects as and when required

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:
A solid background providing corporate security solutions from a security risk and governance perspective

Strong knowledge of methods to manage opensource intelligence and threat hunting

Knowledge and user experience of various Corporate Security threat monitoring tools and systems

Ability to balance Corporate Security requirements with commercial business expectations

Excellent communication/presentation skills including the ability to translate technical/security issues to business units

Experience in travel risk including incident response

A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to take on challenges and adaptability to change and manage changing priorities

Organizational and planning skills

Good overall standard of computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint

Global or regional experience working in a multi-cultural commercial business is highly preferred

Membership of a professional security body is highly preferred
