Responsible for South India region sales & marketing for Systems Protection CV business
Managing sales & creating opportunities for business growth through development of new business opportunities for SP products at various CV OEMs customers
Responsibility for meeting the monthly and yearly sales targets
Identify business opportunities and target markets
Engage with the customers in the development stage for deployment of SP products
Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
Product understanding and Techno commercial selling
Forecasting customer growth and related business sales
Build relationship with customers at both OEM and Tier 1 level
To support customer service team with the account receivable (AR) deliverables
To develop detailed territory business plans for next year budgeting
Helps sales head in developing long terms strategic plans for 3 years
Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
Manage key stake holders within and outside company
Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results
Research market trends and products
Fosters the development of new methods, processes, and procedures
Arrange meetings with potential clients
Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product
Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
Working experience with Commercial Vehicle OEMs
Working experience with Automotive or tier 1 supplier preferably with wiring harness or hose manufacturer
Sales forecasting, planning & budgeting
Exposure of Exhaust / Electrical / EMI / Acoustic / HVAC systems is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of textile materials (Polymers) is an added advantage

B.E./ B. Tech – Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
6 – 10 Years of experience
