Resolution team is responsible for correction of internal and external errors. Resolution procedures include:
Standardizing when corrections will and will not be processed
Any correction request that does not comply with the standard correction procedures will be considered an Exception
Process for approving and correcting Exceptions
Audit and accountability of Exceptions
Instruction and Authorization Forms for External Errors
Treatment of gains/losses resulting from a correction request
Eligibility: Experience in the US retirement industry for at least 2 years.
Experience in first time processing in Money-In/Money-Out
Experience in QC/QA role as he/she has correct the accounts.
Must be a strong communicator.
Attention tdetail is a must.
Must have a proven track record of having exceeded the accuracy target bench marks or even set bench marks.
Should have the ability research unique and complex and escalated account problems.
