The Role

This role offers you to venture into a challenging yet rewarding space of business convergence. Your Accountabilities include:

• Achieve sustainable & profitable premium growth in the Automotive team by delivering value & building brand loyalty across the entire value chain.
• Element wise implementation according to Shell Brand standards for the BIWS programme to increase premium sales at branded independent workshops and key account workshop locations.
• Acquisition of branded independent workshops from the pipeline opportunity to contracting
• Coach and enable Distributor BDM (Business development manager) responsible for BIWS to convert prospects independently.
• Conduct region wise review on the progress of the conversions and support sales to refine the program better from time to time.
• Handle the customers during the hyper-care period post acquisition and hand over to the operational team.
• Follow sales force and best in class standards on acquisition (Call Plan, Hit rate and cycle time)
• Follow structured coaching methods, record, and follow-up to enhance the skill set of DB BDMs.

What we need from you? We’re keen to hear from individuals with at least 8-10 years’ work experience with preferably engineering & Management background. Furthermore, we would like to see the following skills and competencies:

• Good understanding of B2C Business and experience in Sales.
• Strong management skills and track record for over-delivery on targets.
• Experience working with distributors & Key accounts.
• Energetic & ready to travel (75%).
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Can-do attitude is a must
• Ability to co-create with different audiences
• Ability to build, motivate and coach a newly established team.
• Ability to collaborate with their peers and cross functional teams to develop the projects/initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
