We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to join our team at CIED Cochin.Responsibilities Purchases and maintenance of any assets, services and other commodities related to companyHandling software, application issues in the companyOrganizing events in the companyCoordinating with bank, legal, statutory and other offices/persons to perform tasks relate to companyHelping operation and HR team with documentation and recordsSchedule meetings, handle calls concerned to the department etcPrepare reportsGet involved in documentation activitiesMust Have’sPreferring male candidates based in KochiAny graduationTeam playerExcellent English communication skillsProficient in MS Office toolsCan work independently but also within a teamMust be willing to do small travels when requiredCan do, proactive, positive and collaborative demeanorGood To Have: Active participant in college fests, extra-curricular activities etcBlogging or other creative work involvement is an added advantageWho we are: CIED guarantees the transparency of food with a promise to drive disruptive innovations through rapid technological developments at practical costs to protect all aspects of food safety and health.
