The Role: Senior Order Management Analyst
The Location: Noida, India
The Team: Order Management team, Noida is responsible for contract validations and booking, processing all type of Customer transactions including invoices & credits and their delivery to our customers timely and accurately. Other activities include and are not limited to handling disputes and queries, reporting, reconciliations, participate in special projects, perform bespoke calculations and so on. Colleague may also be required to work with various internal teams like sales, customer service, product teams, contract management, accounts receivable etc. for their day-to-day operational activities.
General Job Duties:
Ensures invoices are correct and dispatched timely to business partners
Ensures revenue is recorded properly towards contracts to ensure SOX compliance
Maintains open communications with customers (internal and external) to maintain customer delight
Maintains complete and accurate customer information
Handles the Order Management tickets by solving the queries raised by sales/finance/customer care and delivery teams
Specific Job Duties:
Knowledge of multiple product areas
Validates contract submissions
Works closely with Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure accuracy of contract submission
Contract coordination and approval process in accordance with rules defined by Legal
Countersigns contracts when needed or organizes signatures following the agreed approval process
Validate contracts against policy ensuring SOX compliance
Sets up new customers and vendors in billing system
Ensures invoices are generated correctly and timely
Enters contracts into billing system
Document retention
Required Education:
Graduate/postgraduate in finance/commerce
Additional certification in financial markets/banking would be an added advantage
Required Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good hands-on experience on Microsoft office
Ability to communicate courteously and proactively within all levels of the organization
Typically, at least 3-year experience in relevant field (billing, renewals, contracts, legal, banking and insurance)
CRM experience (3-5 years)

Good analytical attention to detail with minimal errors
Hands-on mentality, self-driven and able to act efficiently
Good time management and organizational skills
High level of literacy and numeracy
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Reliable and able to work under pressure
