Position Purpose
Senior Associate joining the team should be well versed in knowledge about cash processing and competent enough to validate the transaction with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities:
The key function of the Validator is to validate transaction on a daily basis with high levels of accuracy.
Should ensure all queries are answered within agreeable period during BAU.
Should monitor DMS, Bird, Trade flow applications to ensure all instructions received are acted on a timely manner.
Should monitor and manage the workflow in various applications such as Pblink, Corporate Online, Plasma, Hiport etc. to ensure the cut-off’ are met.
Updating of KPI database on a daily basis.
Should perform a four-eye control for Reconciliation breaks.
Ensure checklist, EOD / BOD activities are prepared by the team and signed off.
Completing the Instruction checklist to ensure the entire task are effectively performed.
Prioritization of various instructions received in order to meet the cut-off.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
